Delivery Areas
- UK Mainland, Scotland & Wales: Delivery available.
- UK Islands (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands such as Jersey/Guernsey): Please contact us for a custom delivery quote before ordering.
- International: We do not currently offer international delivery.
Delivery Services
- Standard Delivery: Up to 7 working days.
All deliveries are carried out by fully insured couriers.
Delivery Charges
- For UK Mainland, Scotland & Wales, we apply a flat delivery fee at checkout for the selected service (Standard or Express).
- Final delivery costs may vary depending on item weight, size, fragility, and delivery location (e.g., remote postcodes or access constraints). Any variation or surcharge will be shown or communicated before dispatch.
- For UK Islands, please contact us to obtain a bespoke quote.
Dispatch & Scheduling
- We typically arrange dispatch within 1–3 working days of your order, then your chosen delivery service timeframe applies.
- Our courier may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day/time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the item.
Access, Floors & Large Items
- Standard delivery is to the ground floor, first accessible room.
- Deliveries involving stairs, lifts, restricted access, long carries, or multiple floors may require prior notice and can incur an additional charge. Please inform us of any access constraints when placing your order so we can advise and quote accordingly.
Packaging & Handling
- Items are wrapped and protected for transport. Please retain all packaging until you’re satisfied with your purchase.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If a delivery is missed due to no one being available, a redelivery fee may apply. The courier will advise next steps.
Damages & Issues on Delivery
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage or you receive the wrong item, note it with the driver where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess and resolve promptly.

PO Boxes
- We’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns & Return Shipping
- Returns are accepted in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Unless we have made an error or the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured service.
