Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. This includes any protective wrapping, tags, or accessories supplied. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or bespoke items (including special orders or personalised products)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product first. Once your return has been accepted and refunded, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
